Application and screening Process

Application Process:

  • Complete the Online Application
Submit a fully completed application through the Tenant Portal.
Tip: Incomplete applications will be returned for completion before processing.
  • Initial Review
Once your application is complete, our team will review it and contact you by email, phone, or text to let you know if you’ve been approved to schedule a showing.
  • Unit Viewing
After approval, you can schedule a time to tour the unit you’re interested in.
  • Screening & Verification
If you decide to move forward after the showing, the application fee will be charged. At that point, we will conduct a background and credit check, as well as employment/income and landlord verifications.

      • A satisfied rental-related collection within the past five (5) years, unless written proof of full satisfaction and positive landlord reference is provided.
